Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping: 

All orders are usually shipped within 7-14 working days. You can expect delivery within 14-21 days. Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (Example: heavy rains, remote areas, or courier delays).

Once your order is handed over to the delivery partner, it’s no longer under our direct control. We’ll do our best to assist if issues arise, but we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Charges: 

We charge a flat ₹100 for Pan-India delivery.

Tracking Your Order: 

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipment status to update correctly on the tracking link.

Unsuccessful Deliveries: 

If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the courier service and arrange redelivery. We are unable to guarantee successful delivery if the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts.

International Shipping: 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped to addresses within India.
