Shipping Policy

Hiee! Thank you so much for your orders. Please take a moment to read our shipping policy before placing your order.

Domestic Shipping: 

All orders are usually shipped within 7-10 working days. You can expect delivery within 11-21 days. Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (Example: heavy rains, remote areas, or courier delays).

Once your order is handed over to the delivery partner, it’s no longer under our direct control. We’ll do our best to assist if issues arise, but we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please Note: Custom orders & Preorders are made specially for you and require 20-30 days for production before shipping.

Shipping Charges: 

We charge a flat ₹100 for Pan-India delivery. We provide Free Shipping for orders above ₹2500.

Tracking Your Order: 

When your order is shipped, the tracking ID will be automatically sent to your registered mobile number.

If you haven’t received it after the mentioned timeline, feel free to email me at hannah.pikiri@gmail.com for the tracking details!

Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipment status to update correctly on the tracking link.

Unsuccessful Deliveries: 

If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the courier service and arrange redelivery. We are unable to guarantee successful delivery if the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts.

International Shipping: 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped to addresses within India.


Return & Refund Policy

Returns/Refunds/Replacements: 

We want you to love your order! 💕 However:

  • Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product is damaged or an incorrect item was sent
  • To qualify, please share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery
  • Refunds or replacements will not be processed if:
    • The product is incomplete or returned damaged
    • The original packaging is missing
    • Only photos are shared (video required)

POD Disputes - India (Proof of Delivery):

If your tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received the package, please contact us at hannah.pikiri@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery date.

After this timeframe, we may not be able to file a dispute with our courier partner.

RTO Policy:

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts:

  • Reshipping: You may request a reshipment by paying the shipping fee again
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel the order for a refund, minus the original shipping charge, once we receive the returned product in its original condition

Payment and Currency:

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Refunds from cancelled orders are processed back to the original payment method within 7-15 business days.
